| A called meeting of the
Stockholders of this Company will be held on Tuesday, 3d day of
February next at the office of the Company, at 10 o'clock A. M. |
| Also on the following Tuesday,
February 10th, the annual election for Directors will be held, between
the hours of 12 and 2 o'clock, at the Office of the Company. |
