Holly Springs, May 26th, 1862 |
In consequence of the
occupation of New Orleans by the enemy, provision cannot be made for
obligations to this company, payable at that point on the 1st proximo
and thereafter. Therefore, holders of such paper are hereby notified
to present the same for payment at this office. No interest will be
paid on such claims after maturity unless p???d have been done and
payment refused. |
Bonds and interest coupons
maturing and payable in New York, will be paid at this office
hereafter instead if New Orleans. |
