Resumption of Railroad Travel |
Special to the Daily Appeal |
Grenada, March 3 |
Colonel Goodman informs me the
railroad between this place and Canton will be ready for travel in two
days time, but says through trains will not run until the end of the
week. Both roads {Mississippi & Tennessee RR
and Mississippi Central RR}, running from here to Oakland
and Water Valley are in perfect order. |
