The Mobile Register of Sunday says: |
The repairing of the railroads
in the vicinity of Meridian is rapidly progressing, and within the
next ten days we hope to see the trains again going through on time,
and to be in the receipt of the products of Eastern Mississippi, which
our citizens have been so long foolishly prevented from enjoying. We
trust the pressing speculator's trick has played out, and that there
will be no more interference with trade. |
