Railroad Accident |
We learn from the Mississippian,
that the passenger train which left here {Jackson}
Wednesday morning {Southern (of
Mississippi) RR}, when within eight miles
of Vicksburg, ran off the track. Two of the cars were upset and fell
over an embankment of a great height, causing twenty-five persons to
be very badly injured, and four seriously. |
