The Atlanta Confederacy
learns from the president, that the Wills Valley railroad, from
Chattanooga to Gadsden, Alabama, is completed to Trenton, Dade county,
Ga., and the cars are running daily between that place and
Chattanooga. The president of the road is endeavoring to make
arrangements to buy or borrow rails enough to lay down four more miles
of the track, so as to reach the inexhaustible coal bed in Dade
county. |
