| Notice to Stockholders |
| By order of the President and
Directors of the Mississippi & Tennessee Railroad Company, the
stockholders of said Company will meet in general meeting on Saturday,
15th of February, 1862, at Hernando, Mississippi, for the purpose of
accepting or rejecting an amendment to charter of said Company, passed
by the Legislature of Mississippi, and approved 20th December, 1861. |

to and from election. |
