South Side R. R. Notice |
At a meeting of the Board of
Directors of the South Side Rail road company, held Dec. 16th, 1864,
it was resolved unanimously that all coupon or other bonds of this
company, due on or before the first day of Jan., 1865, be presented
at the Company's Office, in Petersburg, for payment -- the funds being
in readiness for that purpose, and, that interest on all such bonds
not thus presented will cease on 1st Jan., 1865. |
Resolved, Secondly,
That coupons now due or becoming due on the 1st Jan., 1865, must
b e presented at the Company's Office for payment on the 1st Jan.
