| Change of Hours of Starting |
| On and after the 2d of October, the Mail
and Passenger Train for Richmond and Petersburg will commence starting
from Lynchburg at 4:45 P. M. and on Saturday morning the train from
Richmond will arrive at 3:30 A. M. The trains will continue to run
this way until further notice. |
