Receiver's Sale |
Under Decree of the District
Court of the C. S. for the Eastern District of Texas, sitting at
Houston, in cause No. 411, I will on Tuesday, the 24th day of June,
1862, at 12 M., in front of the Court House door, in the city of
Houston, sell to the highest and best bidder, at Public Auction, five
hundred and eighty-three tons of Railroad Iron {enough
to lay both tracks for about 5 1/2 miles}. Terms of sale -- one
third cash, balance, equal payments, in one and two years, bearing 8
per cent. interest from date, with two approved sureties. Will be sold
in lots of 100 tons, with the privilege of the whole, or any quantity
over that amount. |
