To the President of the Houston Tap &
Brazoria Railroad Company |
Sir, |
I demand of your and your
Company possession of my property, on which is laid a part of the
track of your road, and on which is situated your Engine House,
situated in the city of Houston, at the corner of Commerce and San
Jacinto streets. I demand possession of the premises within thirty
days from this date, as I need them for my own purposes, and yourself
and Company have failed for a long time to remunerate me for the use
and occupancy of the same. |
