Fayetteville, N. C., Sept. 27, 1862 |
For the purpose of increasing the capital stock of this
Company, to enable it to extend the Road from the Coal Fields to the
North Carolina Road, the following gentlemen have been appointed
Commissioners to receive subscribers in their several neighborhoods,
viz:
