| On and after the 1st day of Sept. the
following rates will be charged on Passengers, viz: |

Twenty-five cents additional will be collected by the
Conductor of each passenger, leaving a Station without a ticket.

A new rate of Freight will go into effect at the same
time, which will be printed and furnished to the public in a few days.
