Flour Mill For Sale |
The subscriber having entered
into a contract for building the Rail Road from Danville to Greensboro
{Piedmont RR}, is desirous of devoting
his whole time to that work, and offers his STEAM MILL for sale. The
property is situated in the town of Charlotte, on the North Carolina
Rail Road, has six run of Mill Stones and the Flour manufactured has a
high reputation throughout the Southern Confederacy. |
It has also a Barrel Factory,
with improved Machinery, and Cooper shops attached, which will be sold
with the Mill or separately. |
