| Notice is hereby given that
the remainder due on subscriptions to the capital stock of the above
company is hereby called for as follows, to wit: Thirty per cent. on
the 1st Janury 1864; and balance, twenty-five per cent., on 1st
February, 1864. |
| By a resolution of the Board
of Directors, all installments remaining unpaid, shall bear interest
from the date of call. |
