| The last train with troops which left
Lynchburg yesterday evening for East Tennessee {on
the Virginia & Tennessee RR}, ran over a cow near
the {Virginia} Central Depot, at ten o'clock last night. Four cars were thrown
off the track -- one man was killed and six wounded. |
