The trains run through without
any interruption from Mobile to Okolona, from which point a train goes
occasionally to Tupelo, about thirty miles above. The entire track to
Corinth will be in complete repair in less than two weeks.

determination of the commanding general, who declares that he can
rebuild railroads as fast as the enemy can destroy them. |
