| The Lynchburg Republican of
the 18th ult., says the damage to the Virginia salt works would be
repaired by tomorrow, and the railroad as far west as Bristol
{Virginia & Tennessee RR} by the middle of
February. The material injury done by the Stoneman raid was to these
works. |
