Second Edition of the Flood |
We have been visited by very
heavy rains since Friday. Our streets and lots are worked up into a
regular "loblolly." Yesterday was a very unlovely day. Everybody staid
within doors. The Muscogee railroad was damaged by the heavy rains
Friday night, but we presume trains will be resumed today. Altogether,
we are having more water than anything else just now. |
