| An accident occurred on the Mobile &
Girard Railroad, at Station No. 6, on Wednesday last, by which the
engine was thrown down an embankment twelve feet high, and the engineer
so badly wounded that he died the next morning. The fireman, Edmund
Browning, was also badly injured. |
