| Telegraph Line From Atlanta to Augusta |
| We learn from the Appeal that the
posts for the new telegraph line between Atlanta and Augusta are now
being laid down along the line of the Georgia Railroad, preparatory to
being put in position for the wire. |
| It is an important line, and will be in
operation in the course of two or three weeks. |
