| Charleston, S. C., May 12, 1864 |
| On and after Friday, the 13th inst., and
until further notice, the charges of this Company upon all Freight
destined for points on connecting roads must be prepaid. |
| This Company will not collect charges for
other road Freight shipped to this road by connecting lines must be
prepaid up to delivery to this road until further notice. |
