| The following resolutions,
adopted by the Stockholders of this Company, are published for the
information of the Creditors: |
| 1. Resolved, That the
Creditors secured by Mortgages be invited to assemble, and select one or
more person authorized to represent them at the next meeting of
Stockholders, and to agree upon a future plan. |
| 2. Resolved, That the
Creditors whose claims are not secured be also invited to assemble, and
select Agents authorized to attend said meeting and act for them. |
| 3. Resolved, That when
this meeting adjourns, it adjourn to meet on the 23d inst., at 12 m., in
this Office. |
