| Important Notice |
| Charleston, S. C., February 26, 1864 |
| The attention of Passengers is
respectfully requested to the following regulations which have become
indispensably necessary in view of the impossibly of procuring change. |
| 1st. They will prepare the proper change
for the purchase of their tickets at the Ticket Office. |
| 2d No one will be allowed to occupy a seat without
exhibiting a ticket at the door of the car. |
