| Shelby & Broad River Railroad Company |
| The Stockholders in this Company are
hereby notified that they will be allowed to pay up their subscriptions
in full in the present Currency until the 20th March, after which time
no instalment will be received except in the New Currency. |
| New subscribers will have the same
privilege until the 20th of March. |
| Subscriptions and payments will be received at the
Office of W. B. Heriot, Mary street. |
