| The Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of
this Company will be held at the Hall of the Bank of Charleston on
Wednesday, 16th February next, at One o'clock, when an Election for
President and Twelve Directors, to serve for the ensuing year, will be
held. |
| A Committee to verify proxies will attend
at the same place, from 10 to 12 o'clock, on that day. |
