| Wilmington & Weldon Railroad |
| The Annual Meeting of the Directors of
this Road was held in Wilmington on Thursday. The financial condition of
the Company is, of course, flourishing. In addition to the dividends
already made, the Board has declared another dividend of 11 per cent. on
the capital stock, payable January 1, 1863. The following officers were
elected: |
