At a meeting of the Stockholders of this
road, held in Wilmington on the 11th inst., T. D. Walker, Esq., was
unanimously re-elected President, with the old Board of Directors, the
only change being that of R. A. Bradley, Esq., was chosen Director in
place of Col. E. W. Charles, of Darlington District, resigned. A
resolution of compliment to the President was passed, on account of his
having remained at his post during the epidemic. An addition of five
hundred dollars each was made to the salaries of the President,
Secretary and Treasurer. |
