| The annual meeting of the stockholders of
this Company will be held at this Office, on the third Wednesday in
February, being the 15th day of the month, at 1 o'clock. |
| An election will be held for President and
twelve Directors to serve for the ensuing year. |
| The Committee to verify proxies will be in
attendance at 10 o'clock. |
