To Shippers of Cotton Over the Wilmington &
Manchester Railroad |
From and after the 15th instant, all
parties shipping cotton over the Wilmington & Manchester Railroad will
be required to give written guarantee to the Company against all loss or
damage by fire. |
Printed guarantees will be furnished to
the Agents at the stations, which may be singed by shippers. No cotton
will be received for shipment until guarantee is signed. |
