| The toll over the new bridge for
Passengers, and Carriages conveying passengers to and from the Cars at
St. Andrew's Depot, will be paid for by this company until the Ferry
Boats resume their regular trips. |
| Persons using Carriages must provide
Passports from the usual places for themselves, and also for the
Carriages and drivers. |
