Railroad Contractors Wanted |
Liberal inducements will be
offered to Contractors for the Grading and Superstructure (or either
separately) of that portion of the Rome & Blue Mountain Railroad
between Rome and the Alabama line -- distance of 43 miles. |
Also, 100 laborers wanted, for
whom the highest prices will be paid. Also, 10,000 pounds Bacon, and
6,000 bushels Corn. Transportation will be furnished by order of the
War Department of the Confederate States. |
