| Macon, Ga., Aug. 8th, 1861 |
| The Board of Directors has
this day declared a dividend of three ($3) dollars per share out of the earnings for the six months ending 31st
July last,
payable to the then holders of Stock, on and after the 15th instant. |
| Stockholders in Savannah will receive their
dividends at the Central Railroad Bank. |
