East Tennessee & Virginia Railroad |
The friends of this
enterpriser, both at home and abroad, will be pleased to learn that it
has passed under the Superintendence of Dr. Lewis, who for several
years has so successfully managed the Western & Atlantic Railroad.
Dr. Lewis takes to the charge of the East Tennessee & Virginia
Road, a large experience and an amount of business qualification and
practical knowledge which
will soon rid it of the embarrassments under which it has been plagued
for some time. |
