The Clark County Conservator
says: "We learn that a large force will be put upon the line of
Rail Road from Winchester to Strasburg this week, and that the road
will be made as fast as men and money can do it. That road has been
found to be a military necessity, and must be speedily constructed. We
think it is equally desirable and necessary that the A. L. & H. R.
R. {Alexandria, Loudoun & Hampshire RR} should
be speedily made, at least as far as Winchester." |
