Transportation for the Military |
The Quartermaster's Department
at Richmond, has appointed Eugene Carrington, of Lynchburg, A. Meade
Smith, Culpeper Court House, James Bruce, of Harper's Ferry, and W. H.
I'Anson, of Norfolk, Transportation Agents at those points,
respectively; and has directed that all orders for transportation of
troops, supplies, &c., &c., must be signed by them. |
