Railroad Repairing |
The Central {(of Georgia)}
Railroad Company have gone to work in earnest, with a large force,
to repair their road, which is now in running order from Macon
nearly to Gordon {about 20 miles}. |
We learn that it is the purpose of the company to go to
work immediately and repair the {Atlanta &}
West Point Railroad, which it is thought can be completed in
one month's time. The Etowah Iron Works will also be re-established
at once. |
