| This Road has received copies
of a Through Rate from New Orleans and Memphis, via Chattanooga,
showing an advance of Rates, ***, by classification to take effect
Jan. 1st 1862. |
| The Georgia Railroad has
declined participation in this Through Rate, but will receive Freight
with charges from connecting Roads at Atlanta and charge its local
Rates for Transportation. |
