At a meeting of the Board of
Directors this day held, the following Resolutions were passed by the
Board: |
1st. Resolved, That the
Chief Engineer be instructed to employ such additional assistance as
may be necessary to finish the location of the line of road by the
first of November next, to be by sections after advertisement, so soon
as each section has been reported to the Board. |
2d. Resolved, That the
President be authorised to make a call upon the Stockholders of the
Milledgeville Railroad Company for payment of the following
installments upon their stock, (in addition to the five per cent.
required at the time of subscription): to wit: |
