| At a meeting of the Board of Directors held
at the Howerton House. Present: |

| On motion, Gen. MacRae was
called to the Chair, and on his motion the Board proceeded to an
election for President. |
| On a ballot Mr. Cameron was
unanimously elected President for the ensuing year. |
| On motion, the Board proceeded
to the election of Treasurer and Mr P B Ruffin was duly elected. |
| On motion, an election was
held for Secretary and Mr R W Mills was duly elected. |
