| Board met pursuant to adjournment. |
| Present: Chas F. Fisher, President |
| Messrs MacRae, Cameron, Mebane, Dortch,
Shaver, Hawkins, Hargrove, Ashe. Barringer |

| Proceedings of last meeting were read. |
| Ordered, On motion of Mr Mebane,
That the present morning mail train be discontinued, that the mail be
transferred to the Express Train, & a passenger car attached to the
Daily Freight Trains. Adopted unanimously, to take effect as soon as the
President can complete the necessary arrangements. |
