An Resolution in Favor of the Wilmington & Weldon
Railroad Company
Resolved, That the
public treasurer be, and he is hereby instructed to pay out of any
moneys on hand the sum of six thousand one hundred and fourteen dollars
and sixty-three cents ($6,114.63) to the Wilmington & Weldon Railroad
Company, the same having been allowed by the board of claims for
transportation, &c., done upon account of the State. [Ratified the
10th day of February, 1863]
