I shall be ready to commence swinging wire last of next week & beg you not to delay me for want of poles being set. Please commence immediately Notwithstanding bad weather This is the time to take advantage of the enemy My hands are hard at work every day in the midst of bad weather. Please Reply by train & say what I may rely upon
