Dear Sir, |
I telegraphed you just now to send a train to Tarboro for
corn. You can either consider the train as hired by the Government &
charge the rates in the enclosed circular or you can consider it as
hired to the other roads. I want you to use your trains as often as
you can; for these is a vast amount of corn & forage at & near
Tarboro that we wish removed as fast as possible. |
