| The regular meeting of the Board of
Directors was held this day at the office of the Co. Present John D.
Whitford President H F Bond J C Washington, E. A. Thompson, Lewis C

| The following resolution offered by Mr
Bond was adopted. Res. That in consideration of the treachery of John
Baxter his name be stricken from the locomotives belonging to the Co.
and the name of John D. Whitford be substituted. |
