| The regular meeting of the Board of
Directors was held this day at the office of the Co at 3 Oclock P, M, |

| On motion of Mr Washington the following
order was adopted |
| Resolved That the President be and is
instructed to run only a weekly freight train from Goldsboro to Morehead
City to commence that work |
