Francis Yates has delivered in Winchester 158 Barrels
Flour. He is authorized to deliver to the agent of the Winchester
& Potomac Rail Road, at the Charlestown station on or before the
24th Decr. 1861, 80 Barrels flour, and on or before the 24th January
1862, 80 barrels Flour, making in all three hundred & eighteen
(318) barrels flour branded Halltown Mills, for delivery to Capt. C.
S. McKinney A. C. S. or his successor in office, at Capt Pikens.

It is agreed that the end and bulge hoops
shall be nailed, and barrel to be of best quality. |
This flour is to be inspected at
Winchester, governed by the inspection laws of that place. |
He shall be paid on delivery Five dollars
per barrel for Extra and Four dollars and fifty cents per barrel for
Superfine. The whole of this flour is supposed to be Extra, but if any
of it should not pass as such, but passes the inspection as Superfine
it is to be received as such grade of flour. |
