I do hereby certify that as Special Agent
for R P Waller Maj & Qr Mr Richmond Va., took charge of a
lot of wool in Mobile Ala, & that bale No 49, weighing originally
(105 lbs) one hundred & five pounds, was robbed on the Wilmington
& Manchester Rail Road while being transported from Kingsville to
Wilmington & that the said bale (No 49) on being weighed at
Richmond Va was short (34 lbs) thirty four pounds. |
