I. Col Samuel Tate is
appointed Military Superintendent of the Rail Road from Mobile to
Chattanooga and will be obeyed and respected accordingly. He is
specially charged to take all necessary measures to hasten the
transportation of all troops to the utmost capacity of the roads in
question. |
II. The Commissary at Atlanta
will issue rations to Col. Samuel Tate on his requisition for the
employees of the Meridian & Selma Rail Road. |
