RR} is preparing timber to rebuild the cow pasture bridge.
Teams cannot be hired from private parties Maj Bell says he can
furnish them could you allow him to furnish us two (2) four horse
teams to haul out the timber it is more for the advantage of Govt than
the Co please answer May Bell Staunton
